The Sylvia Platters have been crafting janglepop and shoegaze gems since 2014. Hailing from BC's Fraser Valley, the band has demonstrated a keen appreciation for melody and melancholy over the course of their four EPs, one LP, and several singles. Their 2018 split LP Shadow Steps reached #30 on the national earshot! monthly campus and community radio charts. They are a recipient of a 2020 Fraser Valley Music Award and continue to bring their music to small clubs and all-ages, DIY spaces across western Canada.
