About
From intimate backyard performances to concert hall stages, Cara has captivated her audiences with her disarmingly joyous and meaningful approach to music.
Canadian artist Cara Lianne McLeod has been described as a vibrant and generous singer, who makes her audiences feel with her clear and captivating sound, whether she’s performing at a jazz club, on a recital stage, or in a studio. With more recordings in the works, her current discography includes five original songs: “Serendipity”, a sultry jazz song, “My Love” and “This Love”, two songs bookending a love story, “The Dream”, a song she wrote in honour of her late father, and "Do You Really See Me?", released on Radar Love Records, and co-written and produced with Michael Hanson (6x Juno award-winner and co-founder of Glass Tiger). She also released a version of Rihanna’s “Stay”, with more covers on the way.
After a sold out debut in 2025, Cara returns to the illustrious Yardbird Suite in 2026, with an all-new setlist of jazz, blues, and pop. Cara also curates and hosts In & Out of Love, a radio show exploring love and relationships, which streams worldwide on Big E Radio.
