Semantics Cafe, opened in March of 2025, is now booking regular live music and entertainment shows. Our venue has hosted numerous local musicians, as well as touring artists from as far away as Eastern Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Whether you're a singer-songwriter or a 4-5 piece band, Semantics Cafe can usually accommodate. Our capacity is 50 people (more, including the patio in summer), so check us out today.

Generally speaking, Monday through Thursday, we feature local or visiting emerging artists who are looking for a chance to showcase their music to a live audience. Friday and Saturday nights, we focus on larger shows with more established artists. There are exceptions to every rule, though, so please reach out if you have questions. We work with a number of local groups, such as Blue Willow Entertainment, to help showcase their artists, so if you have a stable of artists or a series of shows you'd like to present, please reach out.

Semantics generally (in most cases) pays 100% of ticket sales to the artists themselves.
