About the artist
“Christian Saulnier-Ferguson is a Jazz guitar player living in Montreal. While his style is steeped in the tradition of bebop, Christian guitar playing is unique and exiting, with a modern approach.”
Christian combines the traditions of bebop, with the harmonic sensibilities of the baroque era, and modern improvisation techniques. He plays in straight ahead jazz settings, as well as more open and experimental “free jazz” settings.
