Paul Ashwell left his native Winnipeg in 1985 to attend the Humber College Music Program in Toronto, Ontario. Over the next 15 years he became involved in every facet of the Toronto music scene, from jazz to classical and everything in between. He has appeared on over twenty five recordings as a trombonist, composer, arranger, conductor and producer. At the end of 1999 Paul relocated to Calgary and once again integrated himself into different areas of the local music scene.
